Copywriting job


GoGo is looking for a tech savvy copywriter with at least 6 months to a year of experience.  They must be able to uphold brand guidelines for Gogo.  They will work on various projects to include writing for the various airline filters, materials for airlines to use with their flight attendants, messages for airlines to use with their individual customers, messages to advertisers.  This person will also work with International brand messaging to include localization services – writing appropriate messaging and copy for the local area and remaining brand consistent.

 

Must be able to present projects/work to stakeholders – there are many different stakeholders all requiring various projects that may vary in project length and complexity.

 

Some campaign mgmt. experience working with the designers is a plus!

 

Might be able to work one day or occasionally from home when not needed to be in front of designers, but not on a regular basis.

 

They use Microsoft Word and BaseCamp Software (Basecamp is the leading web-based project management and collaboration tool) not necessary but could be helpful

•Title: Copy Writer

•Manager: Tim Casart

•Estimated Start Date: Most likely a mid-August start

•Duration: This will be a 40 hr./wk. position and budgeted to year end

•Location: Itasca, IL

 

Position Details

•Own laptop (may or may not need to – will clarify now that it is 40hrs they will try to provide for person)

•Adobe CS 5.5 or newer

•BaseCamp helpful but not required

•40 Hours per week
